Trump’s White House Crypto Summit: Who’s Attending? Lawrence Mike Woriji | amznusa.com

Anticipation is high within the crypto industry over Donald Trump’s March 7th White House crypto summit. The event is being touted as a deciding factor in the future of crypto in the U.S.

However, the big question remains: who will be invited? Several crypto executives and key opinion leaders are expected to grace the summit.

Key Figures Set for Crypto Roundtable

Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett noted that around 25 participants would attend the roundtable meeting. These will include members from the Presidential Working Group on Digital Assets.

A recent report reveals that around 11 crypto executives have been confirmed, with two White House staff joining the group. Terrett, citing familiar sources, claims notable names like Michael Saylor, Bo Hines, and David Sacks are confirmed attendees.

She added, “Unclear as of now who aside from Bo Hines and David Sacks will be in attendance, but if you go back to Donald Trump’s Executive Order, the PWG also includes Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, Attorney General Pam Bondi, the SEC Chair, CFTC Chair, and others.”

Who else Could be There?

Although Terrett didn’t name Ripple’s CEO Brad Garlinghouse as a confirmed attendee, he hinted at his appearance at the event in a recent post. While plans are not fully finalized, Terrett noted that a larger party was being planned for broader industry participants.

“A larger, invite-only reception is being planned across the street from the White House for those not invited to the roundtable meeting. This is all happening in real time with plans not 100% finalized, so things could change, but that’s what I’m hearing at this hour,” Terrett tweeted.

Several crypto enthusiasts have called for the inclusion of key figures such as Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin and RK Invest founder Cathie Wood. Other proposed names include Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson, Circle co-founder Jeremy Allaire, and Solana founder Anatoly Yakovenko.

What do we Expect from this Crypto Event?

The White House Crypto Summit is considered a key factor in shaping crypto regulations within the US. Possible conversations at the March 7th meeting include a Bitcoin reserve.

President Trump recently announced plans to launch a crypto reserve featuring various assets. However, key crypto figures have called for the crypto reserve to focus on Bitcoin as the sole asset. The decision could be made at Friday’s meeting.
